Kevin McGrath, 26, was celebrating his dad’s 60th birthday on the Carnival Conquest when he failed to show up for breakfast as the ship headed back to Port Miami after a Labor Day weekend cruise to the Bahamas. Others have brought of the case of 23-year-old Amy Lynn Bradley who went missing on a Royal Caribbean International cruise in 1998. To this day she was never found and there are rumors that she’s dead or was sold into sex trafficking. One commenter shared that there is an alleged Facebook group dedicated to the man’s disappearance and some of the very cruise workers allegedly only found out via social media, not from the Cruise line or security. Florida officials launched a large-scale investigation after a cruise passenger mysteriously disappeared shortly before the ship returned to Port of Miami on Monday. The operation is at least the second major search effort for the Coast Guard in the past week. On Friday, a joint search team rescued 32 people from a capsized vessel about five miles west of Bimini.
